In recent years, it has been my observation and experience that residents have not been adequately represented in the planning decisions that will profoundly change Chevy Chase — where all of us have chosen to make our home.

The fact is, currently we residents are no longer in control of our community’s destiny — and the entities that are taking over do not have our best interests at heart.

We need to act together to bring democracy and citizen representation back to our Advisory Neighborhood Commission (ANC).
